Silvana Chialastri is a trainee legal associate at the law and tax firm "Studio Legale e Tributario AMP - Albanese Maxia & Partners".
She had classical education at the "Marco Tullio Cicerone" high school in Frascati. She graduated in law from Università di Roma Tor Veragata, discussing a thesis about the doctor’s criminal liability.
After a short period of legal practice in Rome, she worked as parliamentary assistant at the European Parliament, as head of the secretariat of the Vice-President of the European Parliament (VIII Legislature) and, subsequently, again in Rome as parliamentary assistant at the Chamber of Deputies (XVIII Legislature).
She is a lecturer at the Università LUISS Guido Carli in Rome of the extra-curricular course "Drafting Experience" on the principles of Parliamentary Law and on the techniques for drafting policy documents, legislative proposals and amendments.
She is keen on International Law, European Union Law and Protection of Human Rights, she attends the course on the international protection of children's rights "Child Protection: Children's rights in theory and in practice" at Harvard University. She also attended the advanced training course on counter-terrorism at the SIOI (Italian Society for the International Organization) in Rome.
The classical education has contributed to her cultural formation and has provided her with all the learning tools capable of responding to the different needs of social reality. They have been fundamental in the course of the work experience gained in the institutional context. This experience has also stimulated and developed passion and skills that can also, and above all, be spent in the legal field.
