He is a tax consultant expert in international and cross-border taxation.
His work is mainly in the United Kingdom. In Italy, he is a member of the "Istituto Nazionale Tributaristi", in which he works as a consultant pursuant to the Italian Law 4/2013 (about professional services not included in orders or colleges).
Manager and business advisor of financial and real estate companies in London, he is also a member of the I.o.D. (the U.K. Institute of Directors).
In 2004, after obtaining, at the University of Messina, a European doctorate (Jean Monnet Project) in History and Legal Bases of European Institutions, he moved to the United Kingdom where, in 2010, he graduated from the University of Canterbury (UK), earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Accounting.
He later specialized in the sector of credit securitization and in the management of over-indebtedness crises, as well as in the design and development of business models for start-ups.
Former member of the Board of Directors of the Italian bank “Banca di San Marco di Calatabiano”, he is now the c.e.o. of the English financial company "Collextion".
He also works as a business advisor in Ireland, Malta, San Marino and the Principality of Monaco.
He is a partner and coordinator of the London office of "APICES - Associazione Professionisti ed Imprese per la Cooperazione Economica e Sociale".
