Francesca Rizzuto is an associate lawyer of the law and tax firm "Studio Legale e Tributario AMP - Albanese Maxia & Partners".
She has directed her university studies on Italian and European civil law, participating in many seminars and, also, organizing various conferences on the subject.
She graduated with honours at the "Roma Tre" University of Rome, discussing a thesis on property in European civil law. She is registered in the Bar Association of Rome.
She holds an LL.M. Master's degree in European Economic and Financial Law at the Institute d'Études Européennes in Bruxelles, where she has worked with all European Institutions, including the Court of Justice of the European Union, having a particular passion for the right of free movement of persons, goods, services and capital.
He has collaborated with important Law Firms in Rome and Milan, especially in the extrajudicial sector, acquiring an excellent ability in relations with Clients and in the care of their interests, also approaching the world of bankruptcy law through the management of various phases relating to bankruptcy proceedings, with a constant update on legislative changes in the sector.
