Mario Postiglione is an associate lawyer of the law and tax firm "Studio Legale e Tributario AMP - Albanese Maxia & Partners".
He obtained his university course at the University of Naples "Federico II", discussing a thesis in Criminal Process Law.
Then he obtained a Master's degree as "Business Jurist" from the Almalaboris High Education School and, again, the KHC certification as Anti-Bribery Management Systems Consultant ISO 37001:2016.
He is a Fellow at the Istituto Italiano per l'Anticorruzione.
He is the author of several data protection articles for any specialist journals and also co-author of the manual "La privacy per designati e autorizzati al trattamento dei dati personali", published by Polis SA.
In the proclamation of January 2019, he was the youngest lawyer qualified for the forensic profession at the Forum of Naples: in that city he continues to practice the legal profession, at his own law firm of the same name.
He has worked for various law firms, including international law firms, operating in the field of corporate criminal law and corporate compliance.
Today he works as a criminal lawyer in the protection of individuals and legal entities, also occupying the role of business consultant for some companies operating in the private sector.
He also works in Data Protection field for public and private companies, as a Personal Data Protection Officer and a privacy consultant.
It is particularly qualified in the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and promotes the culture of data enhancement.
