Daniele Criscio is an accountant and statutory auditor, Partner of Counsel of the law and tax firm "Studio Legale e Tributario AMP - Albanese Maxia & Partners", acting as coordinator of the Corporate Accounting department.
He has a long experience in the field of accounting management of SMEs and so-called third sector entities, as well as in the delicate matter of "debt restructuring agreements" with Entities of the Financial Administration (according to art.182/bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law). In general, it deals with taxation, including international taxation, due diligence activities and corporate assessments, the latter also in the context of extraordinary corporate transactions.
It also carries out technical consultancy activities in ordinary tax litigation and assistance and defence before the Tax Commissions.
He deals with wealth management and acts as trustee and administrator of assets entrusted to him by clients.
In 2001 he brilliantly graduated in Economics and Commerce at the "Sapienza" University of Rome, discussing a thesis on customer satisfaction in service companies as a means of creating economic value. He then attended specialisation courses in banking administration at the Intesa-BCI Group.
In 2005 he obtained a master's degree in tax law at the "Tax Consulting Firm Network" training centre, with subsequent updates. In 2010 he specialized in international tax law by attending courses held by the "Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili" in Rome.
From a very young age, he has been passionate by IT and has worked in this field on behalf of "Tele Sistemi Ferroviari", the company that manages the FS Group's IT systems and networks. He also served as customer service manager v.i.p. for "Alitalia" at Fiumicino airport.
He even worked with "Banca Popolare di Milano" as support for the Euro currency transition activities and, subsequently, with a manufacturing industry as administrative manager.
During his training as an accountant, he worked for main professional firms in Rome. Subsequently, he set up his own individual commercial practice in the same city, the "Studio Criscio", of which he is still the owner.
He is a member and presides over the Control Commission of APICES - Associazione Professionisti ed Imprese per la Cooperazione Economica e Sociale (the Association of Freelance Professionals and Enterprises for Economic and Social Cooperation).
